They can be anyone in your squadron who is interested and qualified to teach moral leadership!
Requirements:
CAP Member
Completion of Level 1 and CPPT
Proof of 60 training hours past High
School (any kind, not just college)
Letter from church leader stating experience and effectiveness working with youth.
